Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RRB Test Series (HSN Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), we aim to provide a transparent and student-friendly subscription experience. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before subscribing.

1. ₹5 Verification Refund

  • For new users, we collect ₹5 via PhonePe/Google Pay only for verification.
  • This ₹5 is refunded back on the same day to the same payment method used.
  • After verification, users get 1-day free access to all premium test series content.

2. Subscription Plans

For New Users (from [Insert Date]):

  • After the 24-hour free trial, a subscription charge of ₹199 will be auto-deducted via UPI AutoPay (PhonePe/Google Pay).
  • This ₹199 plan provides 6 months validity with uninterrupted premium access to all mock tests, previous year papers, and practice questions.

For Existing Users (joined before 18/09/2025):

  • The previous subscription charge of ₹99/month will continue via UPI AutoPay (PhonePe/Google Pay).
  • Existing users will enjoy the same uninterrupted access unless they cancel their subscription.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel anytime directly from their PhonePe/Google Pay UPI app before the next billing date.
  • Once cancelled, no further charges will be deducted.
  • Access remains active until the current billing cycle ends.

4. Refunds on Subscription

  • Since full access is provided immediately after subscription starts, the subscription fee (₹199/6 months or ₹99/month) is non-refundable once deducted.
  • We encourage all users to try the 1-day free trial before continuing with any plan.

5. Failed Transactions

  • If money is deducted but your subscription is not activated, please contact our support team.
  • Refunds for such failed transactions will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Trial Usage Disclaimer

  • The ₹5 verification refund is a one-time benefit for new users only.
  • Multiple trial activations from the same UPI ID, mobile number, or device may be restricted.

7. Auto-Debit Consent

  • By completing the ₹5 verification, you consent to enable UPI AutoPay for the selected subscription plan.
  • Subscription will continue until cancelled by the user through their UPI app.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of billing disputes, please contact our support team first.
